The New Rules
Etiquette has a bad reputation these days, something leftover from times of "civility" and "proper behavior." But etiquette can also be a guide for how to act when we are lost, or in a new culture, and I wanted the new rules to act as guiding principles as I made my way back to loving food from an eating disorder.
The New Rules is a collection of recipes, mythology, poetry, and rules for simplifying flavor and connecting me back to a more loving relationship to food. Each copy was $15 and was donated in entirety to a farm raising funds for more equipment.
