Lands of Lerr
Lerr is an island of large plants. Visitors are particularly drawn to Lerrian building styles and architecture, which dot the landscape and nestle in the shade of the gigantic flora. The primary building material of Lerrians is cakestone, a natural resource of the island which cleaves in spherical shapes.
In the high desert, just north of the beach, is the beloved Post Office, a modest but integral part of the local community. Located conveniently close to the marina means that the mail turnover is relatively up to date—by local standards, of course. Sometimes you might receive two letters in a single month.
The Post Office is made of cakestone, just like all Lerrian architecture, but it's walls are particularly sun-bleached walls, offset by well-worn wooden step. It is more than a place to send and receive mail. It's a gathering spot, a hub of whispers and news from across the region.
